Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation of order is not allowed once you have submitted your order form. Bogus buyers and joy reservers are NOT ALLOWED and will be noted/listed down.
Q: Are the albums counted in Hanteo and Gaon charts?
A: Yes, the all albums you purchase from us are counted in Hanteo and Gaon charts.
Q: Do you still charge international shipping fee?
A: No, all prices that we announce are ALL-IN. It already includes the shipping fee from South Korea or Japan to the Philippines.
Q: Does your price include domestic shipping fee?
A: Not all items have free domestic shipping fee. You can check the local shipping fee rates HERE. However, every now and then we have promotions and we offer free domestic shipping fee in some of our items. To know the latest promotions we have, follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Q: What courier do you use for domestic shipping (within the Philippines)?
A: We use JRS Express. You can choose to have it delivered to your doorstep or branch pick-up.
Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: Yes, we do EMS shipping from South Korea or Japan (or whichever country the item is secured from) to other countries except restricted areas. Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the shipping cost of your order.
Q: Do you do meet-ups?
A: Yes, we do meet-ups for Cebu City and Ilo-ilo City customers. Cebu City meet-ups are for free, while Ilo-ilo City meet-ups are for a minimum fee (depending on size and volume of order).
Q: What are your modes of payment?
A: We accept Palawan Pera Padala, Bank of the Philippines (BPI) fund transfer or deposit, PayPal. All payment fees will be paid for by the customer.
Q: Do you accept other currencies?
A: No, we only accept Philippine Peso (PHP).
Q: How do I know if my pre-order is secured already?
A: You can check on the confirmed list on the website and see the status of your order if it is already secured or not yet. We will also inform you via email once an item is already considered as sold out and we have not secured your order.
Q: What will happen if my item is not secured?
A: In the event that your pre-ordered item is not available, you can replace it with another item or have your payment refunded.
