TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. DO NOT SUBMIT THE ORDER FORM IF YOU ARE NOT 130613% SURE WITH YOUR ORDER.

  2. NO CANCELLATION of order once the ORDER FORM has been submitted.
  3. Bogus buyers and joy reservers are NOT ALLOWED and will be noted/listed down.


PERSONAL DETAILS

  1. Please provide your complete, accurate, and true information as that will be used to contact you.
  2. Your full name will be posted in our CONFIRMED LIST online so that you will be able to double check your order/reservation.


ITEM AVAILABILITY/REPLACEMENT/REFUND

  1. In the event that the number of secured items is less than the total number of orders received, we will queue the ship-outs based on who paid first.
  2. If your ordered item is not available or you didn't make the cut-off list of secured items, we will inform you.
  3. In the event your ordered item is not available, you can replace another item or have your payment refunded.
  4. Money transfer fees of the refund will be shouldered by the buyer should there be any.
  5. For replacement/refund, please contact us directly via email at stanhubph@gmail.com


PAYMENTS

  1. Please pay within the given timeline.
  2. Failure to process your payment before the cut-off will result to ORDER CANCELLATION and being posted as bogus buyer or joy reserver.
  3. Failure to pay the full amount within the deadline will FORFEIT the downpayment and will result to being posted as bogus buyer or joy reserver.
  4. A clear photo of the proof of payment must be sent to our email. Instructions will be included in the ORDER CONFIRMATION.
  5. For security purposes, payment details will be sent to your email with ORDER CONFIRMATION details.
  6. Payment of the shipping fee should be done within 15 days after the item has been announced as ready for shipment.
  7. To easily track if your item is already ready for shipment, please search #HUBDATE in both Twitter and Facebook.
  8. Failure to pay the shipping fee within 15 days after the item has been announced to be ready for shipment will result to ORDER CANCELLATION. NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGE.


SHIPPING

  1. We ship via JRS Express for domestic/within the Philippines.
  2. For international shipping, please contact us directly via email at stanhubph@gmail.com
  3. Should the item be damaged upon shipping from Korea to Philippines, we will inform you before shipping it to you.
  4. Be assured that your items will be shipped in good condition.
  5. BTS StanHub will not be liable for any damage upon arrival of your order to you due to courier's fault.
  6. Double check before submitting the form especially your shipping address. Triple check if needed. BTS StanHub will not be liable in any case of lost/delayed package due to incomplete/wrong shipping details.


MEET-UPS

  1. Meet-up places and schedule:
    • Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM) at IT Park Cebu
    • Saturday & Sunday by appointment
  2. Appointment is needed prior to meet-up.
